Hi

I just saw a buglsplat with unfortunately a little dated 5.4.10-rt5 so i don't know 
if that's still relevant on Intel/Altera Cyclone V SOC hardware. This is triggered
by driver code which is unfortunately out of tree. But i have been running this 
code with  4.18.7-rt5 for days without a problem.

The irq is requested with IRQF_NO_THREAD and the interrupt handler in question
looks like that:

I will try v5.4.28-rt19 later and see how that goes.
