PREPARACIÓN PSICOLÓGICA PSU MEDIANTE HIPNOSIS
DURANTE EL MES DE NOVIEMBRE 2009

La preparación a la PSU y exámenes importantes no sólo debe ser adquiriendo conocimiento académico
sino que también debe haber una preparación psicológica sobre todo si uno es ansioso o nervioso.
Si eres de aquellas personas que le ha sucedido que está preparado a un examen pero queda
con la mente en blanco o se equivoca en tonteras...
La Hipnosis te puede ayudar a enfrentar la PSU de mejor manera.
Sesiones grupales de 2 horas - Valor $10.000 cada sesión (se recomienda a lo menos 4 sesiones)
Horarios:
Grupo 1: Martes del Mes de Noviembre de 19 a 21 hrs.
Grupo 2: Miércoles del Mes de Noviembre de 18 a 20 hrs.
Lugar: Dr. Barros Borgoño 384 - Providencia (Metro Manuel Montt)
Cupo: 10 personas por grupo.
Actividad: Se realiza una sesión de relajación hipnótica donde se trabaja: Ansiedad - Temores - Bloqueos, además se hacen visualizaciones para adaptarse a rendir al 100% la PSU, junto a ello se dan pautas para mejorar la concentración y poder desbloquearse ante el nerviosismo de las Pruebas.
