I am unable to turn on the IR emitters of my Realtek Semiconductor Corp.
Integrated Webcam on my Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop. Here is the output of lsusb
and v4l2-ctl --list-devices:

When I run ffplay /dev/video0 it works but when I run /dev/video1 it exits with
this error: /dev/video1: Inappropriate ioctl for device
