Hi all,

Enable the administrator to request a full-disk media scan so that they
can look for media problems in the free space, not just allocated file
data.

If you're going to start using this mess, you probably ought to just
pull from my git trees, which are linked below.

This is an extraordinary way to destroy everything.  Enjoy!
