for-6.2/upstream-fixes.

Subject: [PATCH] HID: revert CHERRY_MOUSE_000C quirk

This partially reverts commit f6d910a89a2391 ("HID: usbhid: Add ALWAYS_POLL quirk
for some mice"), as it turns out to break reboot on some platforms for reason
yet to be understood.
