This is the same UAF bug as below:

#syz dup: KASAN: use-after-free Read in nilfs_segctor_confirm

The bugfix for this is the patch titled "nilfs2: fix use-after-free
bug of struct nilfs_root", which was merged in the mainline after the
tested commit.

I confirmed this patch fixes the UAF bug with the reproducer.
