I upgraded BIOS to latest EA81510A.86A.0046.P11 from this site: http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/filter_results.asp?strOSs=All&strTypes=BIO%2CDRV%2CUTL&ProductID=385&OSFullName=All+Operating+Systems&submit=Go%21 but it didn't help me :( Thanks for solving my problem.
