Refactor and go v2 because of the 60KB limitation

This patch adds basic support for Mediatek AFE for MT2701 SoC.
The patch is based on broonie tree "for-next" branch.

The interface to connect with BT chip is not finished yet, but as an upstream
rookie I really need some comments. Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

Move mt8173 driver to another folder.

The software control sequence of mt2701 is very different from that of mt8173,
so this patch moves mt8173 code to another folder.

It seems we need different driver for different soc. So after this
patch, SND_SOC_MEDIATEK only select driver for mt8173. Maybe it should
be renamed to SND_SOC_MT8173 to reflect this.

Please check other config in this file and have a proper config prompt
here.

Can we support module like mt8173?

Based on the Makefile, this is platform driver for mt2701. This should
not depends on codec. Please update the help message and select.

Sorting, please put mt2701 before mt8173.

Since all CONFIG_SND_SOC_MT8173_* depends on CONFIG_SND_SOC_MEDIATEK,
you could just do:

obj-$(CONFIG_SND_SOC_MEDIATEK) += mt8173/

This way we don't need to modify 2 makefiles when adding new ASoC
driver.

Maybe we should also rename this to mt8173-afe-pcm.o?

Yes I think you are right. I'll do it.

We already support mt8173. I didn't change the config for mt8173 and it
works well before.

Next version I'll change SND_SOC_MEDIATEK to SND_SOC_MT8173 and check
the config prompt.

Yes you're right. I'll modify it.

Well I agree with you. Maybe I have to check all the files and modify
them with prefix "mt8173" and "mt2701". (or "mtk8173" and "mtk2701"?

Nit:
I would prefer to name it mt2701-afe-pcm.txt as all the other SoC
specific files.

OK, I'll change it in the next version.
