To fix the problem, this patch defines special error values for val, run and ena (~0ULL), and use them to signal read errors, allowing run == 0 to be a valid value for package events. A new value, NA, is output on read error and when event has not been enabled (timed enabled == 0). Finally, this patch revamps calculation of deltas and scaling for snapshot events, removing the calculation of deltas for time running and enabled in snapshot event, as should be.
