[PATCH 1/4] net: Fix checkpatch WARNING: please, no space before tabs

["Tobin C. Harding" <me@tobin.cc>]

This patch fixes multiple occurrences of space before tabs warnings.
More lines of code were moved than required to keep kernel-doc
comments uniform.
