Looks like a copy-paste error. I think it should be:
- guest_nice += cpustat[CPUTIME_USER];
+ guest_nice += cpustat[CPUTIME_GUEST_NICE];
and
- guest_nice = cpustat[CPUTIME_USER];
+ guest_nice = cpustat[CPUTIME_GUEST_NICE];
