Following earlier cleanup in gcc to replace parent_names with
parent_data to use pointers to internal clk_hws, this patchset removes
more dependencies on global clock names through clk_parent_data's .name
field, and uses ARRAY_SIZE to determine the number of parent clocks in
the parent_data arrays instead of hardcoding it.

Where possible, use ARRAY_SIZE to determine the number of parents in
clk_parent_data instead of hardcoding a number that relies on an array
defined hundreds of lines above.

Where possible, use ARRAY_SIZE to determine the number of parents in
clk_parent_data, instead of hardcoding it.

The necessary clocks for this driver are already fully specified in
sdm630 DT under the .fw_name, and do not need an implicit fallback to
their global name.
