1. My kernel prints out errors to syslog and khubd[5] exits when connecting 
USB camera.
2. After connection my USB camera (vend/prod 0x4a9/0x3058), usually used with 
gphoto2, the usual message like "new USB device 00:07.2-2, assigned address 
3" does appears in syslog. Then the hotplug should be started, but instead 
look at this:
