/proc/ide/amd74xx is okay - you have only two devices (disks) connected to
on-board nVidia IDE controller,  the rest is connected to the Promise card(s)
(two disks and two ATAPI devices).  Promise chipsets don't support (sanely)
ATAPI devices so please switch them to your on-board controller.
