This applies similar initialization and shutdown cleanups to the orinoco_pci, orinoco_plx and orinoco_tmd drivers. It also adds COR reset support to the orinoco_plx and orinoco_tmd drivers, improves PCI power management support in the orinoco_pci driver and adds a couple of extra supported cards to the ID tables.
