Subject: [PATCH 1/3] block: introduce device_add_disk()
Date: Thu, 25 Feb 2016 12:04:43 -0800	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20160225200443.21975.77561.stgit@dwillia2-desk3.amr.corp.intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20160225200018.21975.30922.stgit@dwillia2-desk3.amr.corp.intel.com>

In preparation for removing the ->driverfs_dev member of a gendisk, add
an api that takes the parent device as a parameter to add_disk().
