	ALTERNATIVE "orq $(PTI_SWITCH_PGTABLE_MASK), \scratch_reg",
	            "orq $(PTI_SWITCH_MASK), \scratch_reg", X86_FEATURE_PCID

Is not wanting to compile though; probably that whole alternative vs
macro thing again :/
