12) TUN driver doesn't align frags properly, and we can end up doing
    unaligned atomics on misaligned metadata.  From Eric Dumazet.

13) Fix various crashes found using DEBUG_PREEMPT in rmnet driver,
    from Subash Abhinov Kasiviswanathan.
