Subject: [PATCH v18 7/7] ntb: ntb_hw_switchtec: Cleanup 64bit IO defines to use the common header
Date: Fri, 22 Jun 2018 13:47:52 -0600	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20180622194752.11221-8-logang@deltatee.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20180622194752.11221-1-logang@deltatee.com>

Clean up the ifdefs which conditionally defined the io{read|write}64
functions in favour of the new common io-64-nonatomic-lo-hi header.

Per a nit from Andy Shevchenko, the include list is also made
alphabetical.
