selftests/ftrace: Fix kprobe string testcase to not probe notrace function

From: Masami Hiramatsu <mhiramat@kernel.org>

Fix kprobe string argument testcase to not probe notrace
function. Instead, it probes tracefs function which must
be available with ftrace.
