Variable 'err' is defined but never used in function symsrc__init(),
remove it and directly return -1 at the end of the function.

perf symbols: Remove unused variable 'err'

Variable 'err' is defined but never used in function symsrc__init(),
remove it and directly return -1 at the end of the function.
