Subject: [PATCH AUTOSEL 5.8 08/27] f2fs: should avoid inode eviction in synchronous path
Date: Wed, 19 Aug 2020 20:00:57 -0400	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20200820000116.214821-8-sashal@kernel.org> (raw)

From: Jaegeuk Kim <jaegeuk@kernel.org>

[ Upstream commit b0f3b87fb3abc42c81d76c6c5795f26dbdb2f04b ]

 #16 [<c0324014>] (sys_fsync) from [<c0108bc0>]

This can be caused by flush_dirty_inode() in f2fs_sync_node_pages() where
iput() requires f2fs_lock_op() again resulting in livelock.
