[PATCH v3 2/3] dt-bindings: iio: adc: Add the binding documentation for NXP IMX8QXP ADC

The NXP i.MX 8QuadXPlus SOC has a new ADC IP, so add the binding
documentation for NXP IMX8QXP ADC.
