[PATCH 0/6] KVM: selftests: Introduce selftests for enlightened MSR-Bitmap feature

KVM gained support for enlightened MSR-Bitmap Hyper-V feature (Hyper-V
on KVM) for both nVMX and nSVM, test it in selftests.
