When I try to load the agpgart module, I get the following message, that agpgart is unable to determine aperture size: ---- output of dmesg ----------------------------------------- Linux agpgart interface v0.99 (c) Jeff Hartmann agpgart: Maximum main memory to use for agp memory: 203M agpgart: Detected Via Apollo Pro KT400 chipset agpgart: unable to determine aperture size. -------------------------------------------------------------- This happens with 2.4.19 , 2.4.20, 2.4.21-pre2 and -pre4. I think this a problem with AGP-8x. Is there any chance to force AGP-4x or to tell the module about the aperture size ?
