Here is the third round of fixes for platform-drivers-x86 for 6.1:

 -  Surface Pro 9 and Surface Laptop 5 kbd, battery, etc. support
    (this is just a few hw-id additions)
 -  A couple of other hw-id / DMI-quirk additions
 -  A few small bug fixes + 1 build fix
