The problem I reported againts 2.6.24-rc3-mm1, that the time is not
connected to the IO-APIC is gone, 2.6.24-rc3-mm2 boots for me.
But after ~1h of usage I got two different crashes on my x86_64 box.
I hope, the CC's are correct...
