* [PATCH] SONICS SILICON BACKPLANE DRIVER (SSB): Replace HTTP links with HTTPS ones

From: Alexander A. Klimov @ 2020-07-09 6:27 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: m, linux-wireless, linux-kernel; +Cc: Alexander A. Klimov

Rationale:
Reduces attack surface on kernel devs opening the links for MITM
as HTTPS traffic is much harder to manipulate.

Deterministic algorithm:
For each file:
  If not .svg:
    For each line:
      If doesn't contain `\bxmlns\b`:
        For each link, `\bhttp://[^# \t\r\n]*(?:\w|/)`:
	  If neither `\bgnu\.org/license`, nor `\bmozilla\.org/MPL\b`:
If both the HTTP and HTTPS versions
return 200 OK and serve the same content:
              Replace HTTP with HTTPS.

If there are any URLs to be removed completely or at least not HTTPSified:
Just clearly say so and I'll *undo my change*.

I'm not sure how important that change is. You need to adjust your
PATCH subject though, see how older commits look like:

When you submit a new version of the patch you should mark it as v2 and
add a changelog what changed since v1, see link below for more. But this
is for the future, no need to resend because of this.
