Looks at the current code I do wonder if the order is incorrect since we do:

    msft_unregister(hdev);

    hci_dev_do_close(hdev);

Anyway msft_unregister shall probably be renamed to msft_release and
then called from hci_release_dev instead since that is where we free
fields of hdev, not on unregister.
