Problem with kernel 2.6.27-rc1 on shutdown

The problem occurs rather independently of the
configuration, also with the configuration
taken from 2.6.26 with make menuconfig + exit. (i compiled
the kernel 3x with the
same problems)

Besides of the crash at shutdown reported below, during
running, occured the following
problems, with the config taken from 2.6.26 as explained:

/ PS2 mouse not detected , but USB mouse is detected
/ eth0, eth1 not dound
/ in the midnight commander, instead the lines are other
characters (i.e. the grafic
card driver dont work correctly)
/ another compilation crashed with any wifi-thing 4965
problem, I disabled that manually
within the config file after by menuconfig it re-connected
it automatically but now
it compiled successful

below crash report and dmesg

config I send as a next mail, because its big

modules_install and it is in pcmacia module the make crash because it
put -F option.

when I see the syntax not appear this option and I don't have a answer?
