Then i used an another rootfs (attached rootfs_mcu.cpio file) but unfortunately, during the rootfs init, some memory allocation are done and failed due to low RAM available on this board. The issue seems linked to the rootfs...but i got no clue on what is going wrong with your rootfs ?
