Subject: [PATCH 02/14] power: supply: bq25890: simplify chip name property getter
Date: Thu, 02 Apr 2020 16:58:30 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <d5884e0a056e5b7d71187467b0d1d07a5b2a55f6.1585838678.git.mirq-linux@rere.qmqm.pl> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1585838678.git.mirq-linux@rere.qmqm.pl>

Driver rejects unknown chips early in the probe(), so when
bq25890_power_supply_get_property() is made reachable, bq->chip_version
will already be set to correct value - there is no need to check
it again.
