No, I am not able to reproduce that with Debian’s 
*linux-image-5.15.0-2-686*, and kexec. With this board, 
`module_blacklist=radeon` is needed, as the driver *radeon* is not able 
to deal with kexec – and amdgpu neither [1].

I applied it on top the other one, and it made no difference either.
