The patch titled
     Subject: asm-generic/tlb: Rename HAVE_MMU_GATHER_NO_GATHER
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     asm-generic-tlb-rename-have_mmu_gather_no_gather.patch

This patch should soon appear at
