The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/mm.h: remove dead code totalram_pages_set()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     mm-remove-dead-code-totalram_pages_set.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: include/linux/mm.h: remove dead code totalram_pages_set()

totalram_pages_set() was introduced in commit ca79b0c211af ("mm:
convert totalram_pages and totalhigh_pages variables to atomic"), but
no one uses it.
