The patch titled
Subject: fs/binfmt_elf.c: fix ->start_code calculation
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
elf-fix-start_code-calculation.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: fs/binfmt_elf.c: fix ->start_code calculation
Only executable segments should be accounted to ->start_code just like
they do to ->end_code (correctly).
