The patch titled
Subject: mm: rename vmap_page_range to map_kernel_range
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mm-rename-vmap_page_range-to-map_kernel_range.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: mm: rename vmap_page_range to map_kernel_range
This matches the map_kernel_range_noflush API. Also change to pass a size
instead of the end, similar to the noflush version.
