The patch titled
     Subject: mm,madvise: refactor madvise_inject_error
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     mmmadvise-refactor-madvise_inject_error.patch

This patch should soon appear at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmots/broken-out/mmmadvise-refactor-madvise_inject_error.patch
and later at
    http://ozlabs.org/~akpm/mmotm/broken-out/mmmadvise-refactor-madvise_inject_error.patch
