The patch titled
     Subject: kprobes: fix compiler warning for !CONFIG_KPROBES_ON_FTRACE
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kprobes-fix-compiler-warning-for-config_kprobes_on_ftrace.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
