The patch titled
     Subject: include/linux/memcontrol.h: drop duplicate word and fix spello
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memcontrol-drop-duplicate-word-and-fix-spello-in-linux-memcontrolh.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Drop the doubled word "for" in a comment.
Fix spello of "incremented".
