The patch titled
     Subject: fs-remove-noop_set_page_dirty-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     fs-remove-noop_set_page_dirty-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into fs-remove-noop_set_page_dirty.patch
