Cleanup the .driver setup to just do it once, to avoid
the following sparse warning:

drivers/net/ethernet/calxeda/xgmac.c:1914:10: warning: Initializer entry defined twice
drivers/net/ethernet/calxeda/xgmac.c:1920:10:   also defined here
