What action should be taken in the vxlan driver?  Say, here:

 if (dst && dst->ops->update_pmtu)
    dst->ops->update_pmtu(dst, NULL, skb, mtu, false);
 else
    /* ??? HERE */
 }

We hit the (non-existent) else branch as skb has no dst entry.
