ARM: dts: aspeed: Add Ampere Mt. Jade BMC device tree.

v2: - Removed unused flash_memory and mac0 nodes [Joel]
    - Removed blank line at end of file [Joel]
    - Fixed "ampere" entry to follow alphabetical order [Joel]
