get_dib is a PECI command name - I changed the naming scheme slightly to make
things more clear, e.g. peci_xfer_get_dib().

Changed peci_request_data_dib to peci_request_dib_read and
peci_request_data_temp to peci_request_temp_read to align with
peci_request_data_read*.
