He has hundreds of patches landed on master, and maintains a combination core libraries and end-applications, and has a long history of both significant improvements and cleanups. This round of voting shows he's 1 of 12 "highly productive" members in terms of participation scoring [2]. I think he would be a great addition to the TOF.
