Subject: [RESEND PATCH] kvm/x86: propagate fetch fault into guest
Date: Mon, 24 Dec 2018 20:00:30 +0800 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1545652830-65253-1-git-send-email-peng.hao2@zte.com.cn> (raw)
When handling ept misconfig exit, it will call emulate instruction
with insn_len = 0. The decode instruction function may return a fetch
fault and should propagate to guest.
The problem will result to emulation fail.
KVM internal error. Suberror: 1
emulation failure
