This is a part 6/23 of patchset for add support NEC PC-9800 architecture,
against 2.5.44.

floppy98.c is splited to 2 patches. Please apply this before floppy2.

Summary:
 floppy driver modules
  - add PC-9800 standard FDD support.
    based on floppy.c, enhanced media check and auto detect.
