Subject: [PATCH v7 5/8] PCI/AER: Allow clearing Error Status Register in FF mode
Date: Fri, 23 Aug 2019 16:24:10 -0700	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <a94f144148189881340cca94291c7e66fcc16122.1566602170.git.sathyanarayanan.kuppuswamy@linux.intel.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1566602170.git.sathyanarayanan.kuppuswamy@linux.intel.com>

From: Kuppuswamy Sathyanarayanan <sathyanarayanan.kuppuswamy@linux.intel.com>

As per PCI firmware specification r3.2 Downstream Port Containment
Related Enhancements ECN, sec 4.5.1, table 4-6, Error Disconnect
Recover (EDR) support allows OS to handle error recovery and
clearing Error Registers even in FF mode. So remove FF mode checks in
pci_cleanup_aer_uncorrect_error_status(), pci_aer_clear_fatal_status()
and pci_cleanup_aer_error_status_regs() functions.
