Add DTSI of Variscite VAR-SOM-MX8MN (Nano) System on Module in a basic
version, delivered with Variscite Symphony Evaluation kit.  This version
comes with:
- 1 GB of RAM,
- 16 GB eMMC,
- Gigabit Ethernet PHY,
- 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n WiFi with 4.2 Bluetooth,
- CAN bus,
- Audio codec (not yet configured in DTSI).

Changes since v1:
1. Add Variscite copyright. The work was based on my previous
   imx8mm-var-som work which was based on imx8mm-evk, however few device
   nodes were configured based on Variscite GPLv2 work.
2. Set PMIC interrupt as edge rising which is not strictly correct, but
   it seems to not cause IRQ storm and matches previous GPIO_ACTIVE_LOW
   incorrect flag. I reached to Variscite but did not get proper answer
   except "there should be a pull up", which does not work in reality.
   Something is wrong here...
